Now, imagine you’re having a celebratory dinner with a friend in a year’s time. For each area, describe what a 10 out of 10 would look like. Be as specific and vivid as possible:
- What habits, achievements, or changes would make you feel proud?
- What challenges did you overcome?
- How do you feel in each area?
This vision serves as a guide for setting actionable goals and tracking progress throughout the year.
