“This too shall pass” is a phrase rooted in ancient wisdom. It reminds us of the impermanence of all things—joy and sorrow, success and failure, pleasure and pain. No state, however intense, is permanent. This insight is a cornerstone of Stoic philosophy and Buddhist thought.
