- Roll over unfinished, important tasks to this week.
- Drop or delete anything that no longer matters.

- Translate each weekly goal into smaller, actionable tasks throughout the week.
- Keep your plan dynamic and realistic: Add/adjust action items during the week. Reassess priorities midweek if needed.
- Measure progress, not results: Focus on consistency of action (input) over outcome (output). Score yourself on execution rate: What % of planned tasks have been done?
