Design thinking is a human-centered approach to innovation and problem-solving that draws from the designer’s toolkit to integrate the needs of people, the possibilities of technology, and the requirements for business success.
The Process
- Empathize: Observe, engage, and immerse yourself in users’ experiences.
- Define: Synthesize findings into clear problem statements.
- Ideate: Brainstorm and challenge assumptions to find innovative solutions.
- Prototype: Create low-fidelity versions to explore potential solutions.
- Test: Refine solutions through user feedback and iteration.
Synthesize (合成) + Synergize (協同)
- Synthesize: Combine diverse research findings and insights to form a holistic understanding of the problem space.
- Synergize: Collaborate across disciplines, leveraging collective creativity to generate solutions that are greater than the sum of their parts.
