design-thinking

Design thinking is a human-centered approach to innovation-is-about-everyone-agreeing-with-you-later and problem-solving that draws from the designer’s toolkit to integrate the needs of people, the possibilities of technology, and the requirements for business success.

The Process

  1. Empathize: Observe, engage, and immerse yourself in users’ experiences.
  2. Define: Synthesize findings into clear problem statements.
  3. Ideate: Brainstorm and challenge assumptions to find innovative solutions.
  4. Prototype: Create low-fidelity versions to explore potential solutions.
  5. Test: Refine solutions through user feedback and iteration.

Synthesize (合成) + Synergize (協同)

  • Synthesize: Combine diverse research findings and insights to form a holistic understanding of the problem space.
  • Synergize: Collaborate across disciplines, leveraging collective creativity to generate solutions that are greater than the sum of their parts.
