- ⛷️ Cross-country skiing (越野滑雪) is a winter sport where skiers travel across snow-covered terrain using their own movement, rather than relying on ski lifts (運送滑雪者上坡的滑雪電纜車) or steep downhill slopes. It’s one of the oldest forms of skiing and is known for being both physically demanding and deeply connected to nature. Practiced on flat or gently rolling trails in forests or open landscapes, it delivers a full-body workout that engages the legs, core, and upper body while providing exceptional cardiovascular benefits. Skiers typically use either the classic technique, which features parallel skis and a walking-like glide, or the skate technique, which is faster and more dynamic with a V-shaped motion.
- 槺（ㄌㄧㄤˊ）榔（ㄌㄤˊ ）樹：即「台灣海棗」，是冰河時期的孑遺植物，早期沿海常見的植物地貌，葉片可製成驅邪的掃帚。
- 自行車胎上的胎毛（vent spews / rubber whiskers）是外胎在硫化成型時的製造痕跡：模具裡會設計許多「排氣孔」，用來排出多餘空氣，確保橡膠能完整填滿模具，而橡膠在高溫高壓下會少量擠進這些微小孔洞，冷卻後便形成一根根細細的胎毛；因此，它並不是為了騎車性能而設計的，既不增加抓地力、不影響滾阻、不影響耐用度，也不影響排水或操控，並會在正常騎乘中很快磨損消失。胎毛唯一的實際意義多半停留在心理與辨識層面，作為「新胎指標」。胎毛多寡則與模具設計、製程與橡膠配方有關，與輪胎性能或等級沒有直接關係，因此無需特別保留或剪除。
